The Indonesia Electronic Visa on Arrival
The Electronic Visa on Arrival (e-VOA) is a digital entry visa issued by the Directorate General of Immigration of Indonesia for eligible passport holders visiting for tourism, family visits, business meetings, or transit.
Where an application is made through our platform, the service consists of:
- Review of the completed application form by a trained caseworker prior to submission
- Identification of incomplete or inconsistent information
- Lodgement of the e-VOA through the official immigration portal, or guidance for the applicant to apply directly
- Customer support by email in eleven languages, seven days a week
- Recovery of the approval confirmation in the event it is lost
Final decisions on every application are made by the Directorate General of Immigration. This service does not influence visa outcomes.

Direct application: Travellers may apply directly through the official immigration portal at evisa.imigrasi.go.id at any time. Our service is optional and not required to obtain an e-VOA.
