Once applications are open, our platform will guide you through every step and check your file before it is submitted to the UAE authorities.

Complete a guided form limited to the information required by the UAE authorities: identity, passport, travel dates and purpose of stay, together with a passport scan and an ID photo.
Every detail is reviewed before submission to correct typos and inconsistencies, and to check that your photo and passport scan meet the official requirements, the leading causes of delays and refusals.
Once approved, your UAE eVisa is sent to you by email. Print it or keep it on your phone to present to your airline and at immigration on arrival.
You can apply yourself on the official portals, but they do not check the consistency of your documents before submission, and a rejected photo or passport scan delays your file. Here is why travellers choose our tailored support.

UAE entry regulations
The UAE eVisa is an electronic entry permit issued by the UAE authorities (the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Port Security, and the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs in Dubai). It allows travellers who are not eligible for a visa on arrival to visit the United Arab Emirates for tourism, business or to visit family, without going through an embassy.
Single-entry and multiple-entry tourist visas are available, most commonly for stays of 30 or 60 days. The application is made online before departure, with a scan of your passport and a recent ID photo. The visa is linked to your passport: if you renew your passport, a new visa is required.
Good to know: Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months from your date of arrival in the UAE. Airlines check your entry document before boarding.
Entry requirements for the UAE depend on your nationality. Many travellers, including citizens of European Union countries and the United Kingdom, receive a free visa on arrival. Others must obtain an eVisa before departure.
Citizens of the Gulf Cooperation Council countries (Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman and Qatar) do not need a visa. The list of nationalities eligible for a visa on arrival is set by the UAE authorities and can change: check it before every trip.
Eligible nationalities receive a free entry stamp at the airport, valid for 30 or 90 days depending on the country. No prior application is needed.
If your nationality is not eligible for a visa on arrival, you must obtain a UAE eVisa before boarding. Work, study or residence require a dedicated visa sponsored by an employer, a school or a resident.
Travellers who are eligible for a visa on arrival are granted a stay of 30 or 90 days, depending on their nationality. Tourist eVisas are generally issued for 30 or 60 days, as a single or multiple entry visa, and can in some cases be extended once inside the country.
Note: Overstaying your visa results in a daily fine and can lead to an entry ban. The granted length of stay always depends on the regulations in force at the time of your entry: check the official UAE portals before you travel. A tourist visa does not allow you to work in the Emirates.
Once applications are open, every file submitted through Service eVisa will be reviewed before being sent to the UAE authorities. Our system detects formatting errors, transposed passport numbers and non-compliant photos, the main causes of delays and refusals.
Your personal information is protected with end-to-end encryption, and payment details are deleted immediately after transaction confirmation.
It depends on your nationality. Citizens of many countries, including those of the European Union and the United Kingdom, receive a free visa on arrival. Other travellers must obtain a UAE eVisa before departure. Select your nationality at the top of this page, then check the official UAE portals for the requirements that apply to you.
Yes. The United Arab Emirates is a federation of seven emirates (Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah) and a single visa or entry stamp allows you to travel freely between them.
No, as long as you stay in the international transit area of the airport. If you want to leave the airport during your stopover, you need either a visa on arrival (if your nationality is eligible) or a transit or tourist visa obtained before departure.
Processing usually takes a few working days, but it can take longer during peak periods or if additional documents are requested. We recommend applying at least two weeks before departure, and checking that your passport is valid for at least 6 months from your date of arrival.
