Is Service eVisa affiliated with a government?

No. Service eVisa is operated by TravelHub Travel and Tourism L.L.C., a private travel agency licensed in Dubai. We are not affiliated with any government department or agency, and you can apply directly on the official website of your destination.

What am I paying for, and how much is it?

Two things: the government fee, which we pass on at cost, and our service fee for the guided form, optional review, submission and support. Both are shown separately before you pay and on your invoice.

Does a specialist check my application?

Only if you ask. You complete the application yourself using our guided form. Before submitting, you can request a review by a specialist through support.

Who are your immigration advisers, and can I see their registration?

For Australia and New Zealand, advice is provided through a MARA-registered agent and an IAA-licensed adviser respectively. Their name and registration number are given in your written agreement before any advice is provided, and you can request them from us at any time. You can verify them on the public MARA and IAA registers.

How long does it take to get a decision?

Processing times are set by each government and are estimates. Typical times are shown on each destination page. Expedited options depend on the authority and are not guaranteed.

What happens if my application is refused?

Decisions are made solely by the government. If you added Denial protection at checkout, we refund the service fee. Otherwise, our service fee is non-refundable once the application has been submitted. The government fee is never refundable.
