The Australia eVisitor
The eVisitor is a free digital visa issued by the Department of Home Affairs. It is available to citizens of 36 eligible European countries travelling to Australia by air or sea for stays of up to 3 months at a time, covering tourism, visits to family or friends, cruises, business visitor activities, and study or training of up to 3 months. It is strictly a visitor visa and does not permit paid work for an Australian employer.
Where an application is made through our platform, the service consists of:
- Review of the completed application form by a trained caseworker prior to submission
- Identification of incomplete or inconsistent information
- Lodgement of the eVisitor application through the official Department of Home Affairs online service, or guidance for the applicant to lodge it
- Customer support by email in eleven languages, seven days a week
- Recovery of the approval confirmation in the event it is lost
Final decisions on every application are made by Department of Home Affairs. This service does not influence the outcome of an application and cannot guarantee approval.
