The SG Arrival Card
The SG Arrival Card (SGAC) is a mandatory digital arrival and health declaration for all travellers entering Singapore, issued by the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA). It replaces the old paper disembarkation card and must be submitted within 3 days before arrival.
Travellers may submit the SGAC directly through the official ICA e-Service at eservices.ica.gov.sg or the MyICA mobile app, free of charge. Using our service adds caseworker review, error correction, and multilingual assistance for a service fee.
Where an application is made through this website, the service consists of:
- Review of the completed application form by a trained caseworker prior to submission
- Identification of incomplete or inconsistent information
- Submission of the SG Arrival Card to ICA
- Customer support by email in eleven languages, seven days a week
- Recovery of the approval confirmation in the event it is lost
Final decisions on every declaration are made by the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority. This service does not influence the outcome and cannot guarantee entry to Singapore.
