The Australia Electronic Travel Authority
The Electronic Travel Authority (subclass 601) is a digital entry authorization issued by the Department of Home Affairs. It is required for eligible passport holders traveling to Australia by air or sea for short stays of up to three months, covering tourism, business visits, and short-term study. The ETA is strictly a visitor authorization and does not permit paid employment or long-term academic courses.
Where an application is made through our platform, the service consists of:
- Review of the completed application form by a trained caseworker prior to submission
- Identification of incomplete or inconsistent information
- Lodgement of the subclass 601 through the official Australian ETA app, or guidance for the applicant to lodge it
- Customer support by email in eleven languages, seven days a week
- Recovery of the approval confirmation in the event it is lost
Final decisions on every application are made by Department of Home Affairs. This service does not influence the outcome of an application and cannot guarantee approval.
